Kodansha’s acclaimed manga The Fable—already adapted into live-action films and TV dramas—is now receiving its very first video game. Titled The Fable: Manga Build Roguelike, the game is officially set to launch on November 6 for Nintendo Switch and Steam.
Blending roguelike mechanics with tactical puzzle-solving and manga-style build customization, the game allows players to create diverse combat playstyles, overcome enemies, and clear challenges in unique ways.
Playable Main Characters
The game features three protagonists, each with distinct abilities and combat styles:
Akira – A genius hitman, skilled in melee combat and firearms, excelling in direct, high-impact assaults.
Youko – Akira’s partner, known for her agile movement and lethal surprise attacks from behind.
Suzuki – A cold-blooded assassin who specializes in firearms, traps, and debuffs, relying on cunning and strategy to take down foes.
With its unique mix of manga aesthetics, roguelike variety, and tactical depth, The Fable: Manga Build Roguelike is set to deliver a fresh spin on the legendary assassin saga.
