How often does DBD release a new killer?

Who is the new killer in Dead by Daylight 35?

According to the schedule released by Dead By Daylight earlier, it's already time for the new killer to be introduced in September. Recently, the official community released a short 4-second video that is quite eerie! Just last night, they officially revealed the latest original chapter details, featuring the new killer "Kasu" and survivor "Vee Boonyasak," now available on the Test Server (PTB)! Players interested in checking it out should head to the PTB to experience it!

Friendly Reminder: Progress and rewards on the Test Server are not shared with the main server! Also, the content on PTB may not all be transferred to the main server, so take everything you see with a grain of salt.

New Killer: Krasue

Killer Powers:

  • Power - Bodiless Flesh: Kasu separates from its body, with the head floating in the air, dragging a string of internal organs behind it.
  • Body Weave: Pressing Skill Button 1 switches between body form and head form. The body form has a fear radius of 32 meters, while the head form has a fear radius of 40 meters. The head form has slightly increased movement speed but cannot break pallets or enter a bloodlust state.
  • Diving Flight: In head form, hold the power key to accelerate in the air.
  • Organs Lash: In head form, press the attack button to use internal organs to lash at survivors. The lash causes survivors to gain the "Siphon" effect, and it fills part of their siphon meter, up to the Siphon I stage.
  • Regurgitation: In body form, hold the power key to charge up for regurgitation, then press the attack button to release the Siphon Gland. The gland fills survivors' siphon meters until they reach the Siphon Attachment I stage.
  • Siphon: Hitting survivors with either Organ Lash or the Siphon Gland increases their siphon meter. When the meter is full, the survivor enters the Siphon I stage, which increases over time until the Siphon II stage. Siphon II stage: Survivors suffer from an Unhealable state, and healthy survivors will turn injured.

Special Item - Glowing Fungus: Survivors can consume the glowing fungus to lower their siphon value. Being hit will end the effect.

New Perks:

  • Gluttony: The first time you hook a survivor, gain 1 token, up to 4 tokens. When you have 4 tokens, all survivors will scream and suffer from the Broken status for 40/50/60 seconds.
  • Wandering Eye: When you start chasing a survivor, reveal the auras of all injured survivors within 16 meters for 5 seconds. This perk has a cooldown of 40/35/30 seconds.
  • Curse: Prelude to Destruction: Generate a cursed totem at the furthest generator and its aura is revealed in yellow. When survivors repair the cursed generator for 5 seconds, you become invisible and your fear radius shifts to that generator for 20/25/30 seconds. When the generator is completed, the next furthest generator will be cursed.

New Survivor: Vee Boonyasak

New Perks:

  • Nomadic Life: While injured and not in the Unhealable state, repairing generators will grant 1 token on a Perfect Skill Check. When you have 8/7/6 tokens, consume all tokens to increase healing speed by 100% until you stop healing. Failing a Normal Skill Check causes you to lose 2 tokens.
  • One Two Three Four!: While standing still, press Skill Button 2 to enter the "Performance" interaction, lasting up to 15 seconds, giving nearby survivors within 16 meters a buff. During the performance, you will encounter consecutive skill checks. After the performance, the effect lasts for 90 seconds. The chances of healing and repairing skill checks increase by 20%. This ability cancels or enters cooldown after the performance, with a cooldown of 110/100/90 seconds.
  • Ghost Step Light Sound: While in the Exhausted state, your scratch marks disappear 50% faster. Your recovery from Exhaustion is accelerated by 5%/7.5%/10%.
